Peanut Butter - Marshmallow Creme Cookies

Here it is past the deadline and I have yet to even post my recipe. Usually I would be crying about now, but this week it doesn’t matter because I am the woman in charge. Me! This should be fun. I’m very excited. I had already planned to use this quick, easy, and 3 ingredient recipe when my blogmama posted her 2 ingredient recipe. We have noticed we think alike quite a bit. My mom made these for us when we were kids. Here it is:

Peanut Butter – Marshmallow Creme Cookies

1 cup peanut butter (preferably creamy)
1 cup marshmallow creme
Rice Krispies, optional

Mix peanut butter and marshmallow creme until well blended. Roll into 1-inch balls (The peanut butter has enough oil in it the cookie dough does not stick to your hands). Roll cookies in Rice Krispies, if desired. Chill to firm and enjoy.

You can use any amount of the peanut butter and marshmallow creme as long as it is a 1 to 1 ratio.
