A little school, a lot of vacation
Hey Boudicca! Should I feel like I’m in Florida? Flash only has school 5 days in the next 2 weeks. Can you believe it? I know it’s really not the same and I’m not trying to make fun of the people who have had to stop and start school so often.
Monday is a holiday next week and Tuesday is a Teacher work day so we have 3 days of school next week. The following week it’s going to take Flash’s teachers 3 days to do Parent-Teacher conferences because they have 2 classes consisting of 36 students total. That’s a lot of talking to do. Flash’s teacher is planning on coming in during her maternity leave since she is the permanent teacher. I’m sure they will have lots of wonderful things to say about my fantastic child – don’t you think? : )
