Pinwheels,I really need you to stop by the furniture mart or self-help to rent a carpet cleaner. Let me just say – you don’t want to know.
I spent parts of Thursday trying to get toothpaste out of the carpet. The silver lining? The toothpaste mess is in the same room as a previous dry kool-aid accident. Maybe most people will be sympathetic since it is a children’s room? Maybe, maybe not.
What a day.

As I told my wife when the kids were small, and stuff was getting ruined: eventually they’ll grow up & stop this nonsense. Then we’ll replace all this, and it’ll stay nice until the grandkids come. In the meantime, if Town& Country decides to do a spread on our house, we’ll quick replace everything!

Our incident last week was silly putty. I love the internet. I’m always googling how to get stuff out of clothes or off our carpets!
