I ran out of Cascade for my dishwasher! Okay. Breathe in, breathe out. It will be okay. The commissary will be open tomorrow.

On Saturday we made Lisa’s Chicken Nachos from Carnival of the Recipes #16 . We used Cheddar instead of Monterey Jack so we wouldn’t have to go shopping. They were fantastic, even with different cheese. We didn’t have a single chip left when we were done. Thanks, Lisa!

I got this delicious recipe from a former neighbor, Carol Furst. It’s more of a cheesy dip than a creamy dip, but it is still wonderful.
